Led the most extensive UX research effort in the org's history to redesign the TaqMan e-commerce search experience. Presented the competitive gap to leadership and secured ~$1M in phase-one funding within a week.

Designed the first-ever single-mode Dx system with ADF capability built in — including a new on-instrument post-run experience, amp curve view, and one-system Dx reporting. Validated through internal and external user testing.
